Hi, I'm Corey.

I'm a Physician Assistant Student (PA-S) 🩺 who's in love with Human Optimization: prioritizing holistic self–improvement - referring to our body as a system - and optimizing every aspect of body, mind, & environment.

In a nutshell, I love everything & anything Holistic Self-Improvement & will often interchange its term with Human Optimization.

I dive deep into concepts about human optimization, my journey to becoming a PA🩺, holistic fitness & nutrition, non-toxic wellness, and mindset growth, to give you an easily digestible way of improving your life.

My goal is to share with you my journey to help you elevate your life mentally & physically, as well.

How I Was Previously:

  • I was an average dude.
  • I was caught up in the "system" that society created for us.
  • I tried to strive for optimal living, but never knew where to start.
  • I didn't know what foods to eat (or what foods to avoid).
  • I didn't know how to train optimally for my specific goals.
  • I lacked wisdom. I didn't know the truth about life. What life really meant & how to interact with others.
  • My discipline & mindset were underdeveloped.

My Credentials Thus Far?

  • Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science
  • Hold EMT & Medical Assistant Certifications
  • Currently in pursuit of becoming a licensed Physician Assistant.
  • Honed in on strength & conditioning [completed courses & internships in S&C]; Training optimally with proper technique.
  • Obsessed with / consistently learning about optimal training.
  • Gained an obsession with holistic health & eating. Learning what foods to eat & what foods are toxic for us.
  • Unwavering self-discipline.
  • Learning that there's a much bigger picture of life. Mindset growth is real.
  • Continuously learn how to optimize my life & relationships.

In the end...

My goal is to learn as much as possible about how to optimize our lives mentally & physically;

Then share what I learn with you so you too can become Holistically Optimized.
