Analysis:
This is a fancy way of saying “enjoy the process”.
You may be sick of hearing it, but that generally means it’s a useful piece of advice.
In a song, for example, you generally enjoy the act of listening to the melody much more compared to when the song ends, right?
The same goes for anything in life.
No matter if it’s euphoric or sufferable, appreciate the current journey you’re on because it will always teach you something in the end.
